FTEQW LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the website fteqw.com (the “Site”). This Refund Policy explains our approach to refunds, returns and cancellations related to any paid services or digital products we may offer now or in the future. At present our Site primarily provides free travel-related articles, guides and informational content. We do not currently sell physical goods, subscriptions, premium memberships, paid downloads or any other form of paid access. Therefore most interactions with the Site do not involve payments that qualify for refunds.

This policy applies only to situations where a charge has actually occurred through our Site or through any future paid features we introduce.

No Automatic Refunds for Free Content

All informational content currently available on the Site is provided free of charge. No payment is required to read, view or use the travel guides, tips or other materials published here. Because no money changes hands for access to this content, there are no refund requests associated with it.

Future Paid Services

If we introduce any paid offerings in the future (such as premium content, downloadable resources, personalized consultations or similar digital services), the following rules will apply to those transactions.

All sales of digital products or services are considered final once access has been granted or delivery has begun. Digital goods are non-tangible and cannot be returned in the same way as physical items. Therefore we generally do not offer refunds after purchase except in specific limited circumstances outlined below.

When a Refund May Be Considered

We may issue a refund at our sole discretion in the following exceptional cases:

the paid service or content was not delivered at all due to a technical failure on our side
the product was materially different from the clear description provided before purchase
you contacted us within forty-eight (48) hours of purchase and demonstrated that you are unable to access the purchased item despite reasonable efforts on your part

Any request outside these narrow situations will normally not qualify for a refund.

date of purchase
detailed explanation of the issue

Processing Time and Method

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days, depending on your payment provider. Please note that we do not control the exact timing of when funds appear in your account — that depends on your bank or card issuer.

No Refunds for Change of Mind

Once a digital product or service has been accessed, downloaded or partially consumed, we do not offer refunds based on change of mind, dissatisfaction with the content after reading, personal circumstances, change in travel plans or similar reasons. This is standard practice for digital goods worldwide.

Chargebacks and Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute through your payment provider. Chargebacks filed without first attempting to resolve the matter with us may result in your access being suspended and may affect future ability to use our services.
